The day one stuff

This page is meant to serve as a homepage to help guide you through the first few days. We recommend taking the time to go through each resource made available here to help you gain your footing and be sure to bookmark this as well as the KnowledgeBase home page for easy access to quickly refer back to whenever needed.

On your first day you should receive the following list of hardware to set up your workspace. Please run through this checklist and confirm you have received all the mandatory hardware. If anything is missing, or to request additional hardware, reach out to Chloe; she will do her best to accommodate you.

Supplied Hardware

Macbook (hardware specs to be determined by role needs)
(One) External Computer Monitor (monitor specs to be determined by role needs)
Wireless Rechargeable Mouse
Wireless Rechargeable Keyboard
Dock/USB Hub for Macbook
External Hard Drive to be used as Time Machine Backup
Yealink Office Phone (if needed for your role)

In addition to the list above, you will also be supplied with: account log-in sheet, facility key or door code (if needed for your role), a D&M calendar, an email signature, and a welcome gift. Someone from Graphics will be in touch shortly after your start date to set-up and order your business cards if needed. If you need to request additional office materials, reach out to Chloe Quiroga.

The Employee Handbook details Deckel & Moneypenny's Workplace Policies and Employee Benefits. There is a form attached to the handbook confirming you've read and understand each section. Completing this verification is a required part of onboarding new employees and will be periodically required of existing employees when significant changes are made to the handbook.
