Since 1964 Deckel and Moneypenny has been shaping the experience economy and developing new ways for brands to create lasting impressions.
So much has changed over the last 55 years, but one thing hasn’t changed: the premium our team places on creativity, craftsmanship, service; and our ability to exceed client expectations with every single engagement. Excitement is what brings our audiences in and the excitement to see what we do next is what keeps our clients coming back.
We are Makers, Experience Makers.

This gorgeous new exhibit for Louisville Tourism was over two years in the making, and we are so excited to see it make its debut at the recent Center for Association Leadership meeting in Nashville
After 21 years at D&M, Bobbie Gardner has retired from our Accounting Department. She has been an integral part of the team, performing a host of accounting and clerical functions including everyone’s favorite: making sure we all get paid! Bobbie was also the proud steward of the annual tradition of selecting signature D&M holiday ornaments. We will all miss her smiling face, but happy that she is embarking on a new adventure, and can spend more time with her recently retired husband Robbie.

Today we bid farewell to Paul Buechler as he finishes his summer #internship with D&M and returns to the University of Kentucky to continue his studies in Marketing & Management. We wish him all the best and hope the skills and experience he gained these past months serve him well in the future. “It has been a pleasure to work with Paul and we all sincerely hope that his experiences with Deckel & Moneypenny were engaging and satisfying. Paul was an integral part of our team, helping complete a significant special project over the summer. He is a fast learner, getting up to speed on our operations systems and organizational culture quickly. With his eagerness to learn, he developed various skills while working with us that we hope will benefit him in his future business endeavors. His team working skills and friendly nature made him not only a valuable asset to the Logistics Department but a welcome one as well. He outdid the expected performance and we are happy to have had the opportunity to work with and train such an enthusiastic candidate.“ – Emily Barringer
